Advance in Ethiopia is Advancing! I first heard about Advance when I came to the 2018 Summit in Birmingham. Following that event, with the support of Ben and the whole Advance team, we’ve now seen the Advance material translated into Amharic and spread across Ethiopia!

The extent of the Christian church in Latin America is difficult to quantify due to its magnitude and the great mass of territory it covers. Equally complex, is the work that is needed around unity focused on the evangelistic purpose of the church: to be one so that the world may believe. But together with the GNE of the Luis Palau Association, we are certain that God has given us Advance as a tool to fulfil his purpose as to see the gospel preached in all nations.

For many years I’ve been told that Poland, my beloved country, is tough ground for the gospel. The cultural and religious context of our nation is incredibly complex. However, the longer I served in Christian ministry, the more I came to see that there is no tough ground that the gospel can’t break through, and Advance has played a key role in that.

I haven’t been in this part of the world for a very long time. My wife and I moved to Thailand in 2019, and since then we have been involved in ministry to both internationals living here, as well as to local Thai people. Since moving here, one thing has drastically stood out to me: things aren’t as black and white as they seem to be, especially with regards to evangelism.
