One thing I wish I knew when I started sharing my faith was that people will let you down. The reality is that humans are complex and maybe we feel that ministry might be much easier if it weren’t for the people! But the church is made up of people like us, and if we want to see the church thrive, then we need to learn how to navigate human complexities better.
